Then Dr. Segal completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles.

Dr. Bahar Altaha completed her medical school at the University of Hamburg in Germany. She started her training in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD and continued with General Adult and Child-Adolescent Psychiatry training at WVU in Morgantown, WV.

Newell Belnap, PA earned his BS in zoology from Brigham Young University and then earned his master’s degree at Quinnipiac University School of Medicine where he was awarded the 2001 Director’s Award. Newell has been in clinical practice since 2001 working mainly in family medicine. He has also worked in psychiatry, emergency medicine, child neurology, and neurogenetics. Along with his clinical practice, Newell is involved in researching the neurogenomics of rare disorders at Translational Genomics Research Institute’s Center for Rare Child Disorders in Phoenix where he has published multiple journal articles. He is currently on the faculty at Northern Arizona University Physician Assistant Program as a clinical instructor. In his free time, Newell enjoys spending time with family, traveling, skiing, backpacking, and mountain biking.
