NACOG AAA is offering a transportation program in partnership with ChangePoint Integrated Health

Program Information

Location Information

  • Rides will be provided Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

  • Ride requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the trip and made during office hours (as shown).

  • To reserve a ride, call ChangePoint at 928-537-5315 ex. 7724 and mention that you are calling in regards to the NACOG AAA transportation program. Please leave a message if your call is not answered.

  • Be prepared to schedule a time for your trip to your desired destination and time for your return trip.

  • Note that this is not a taxi service, you may be sharing rides with other community members as this is a public transportation service.

  • If you have questions about your eligibility for the program, contact ChangePoint for more information.

*Please note there is a monthly budget for this program. Therefore, not all transportation requests will be guaranteed. This will be communicated to you when you call ChangePoint.

  • Heber-Overgaard, White Mountain Lakes, Communities Along HWY 277 & 260: Due to the large service area, you may be asked to adjust your travel schedule based on service availability. Long-distance and local services are provided. Call 928-537-5315 ex. 7724 for more information.

  • Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside: Service will only be provided to seniors living more than 1/2 mile from a 4-Seasons Connection bus stop. If you live within 1/2 mile of a bus stop, please contact NACOG AAA* to receive a FREE bus voucher.

  • Pinetop-Lakeside/Show Low, Snowflake/Taylor: Seniors looking to travel between these communities will be referred to the White Mountain Connection bus service. Contact NACOG AAA* to learn more about FREE bus vouchers.

  • Southern Apache County: Due to the large service area, you may be asked to adjust your travel schedule based on service availability. Long-distance and local services are provided. Call 928-537-5315 ex. 7724 for more information.

This service is designed to provide transportation outside of three existing NACOG AAA transportation initiatives in Southern Navajo and Apache County.

  1. Snowflake/Taylor Service: Local transportation services provided by ChangePoint, and free White Mountain Connection bus vouchers for trips between Snowflake/Taylor and Show Low/Pinetop-Lakeside. Call 928-537-5315 ex. 7724 to reserve your ride.

  2. *Four seasons Connection Vouchers: Free bus vouchers for seniors living near bus stops in Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside. Call NACOG AAA at 877-521-3500 for more info.

  3. Round Valley Senior Center - Free senior transportation service in the Springerville/Eager communities. Call 928-333-2516

This program is designed to help Southern Navajo and Apache County seniors (60+) move around the region for shopping, medical, and social trips.
