ChangePoint offers 24/7 Crisis Services for those in need during regular and non-office hours. Our crisis team, responds to crisis calls, works with local hospitals, law enforcement and other community agencies to assist with individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
ChangePoint offers crisis services to those in need during normal operating hours. If someone is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, they can simply walk into any one of our locations during normal working hours and one of our team members will help them.
When calling the after-hours crisis number, callers will first be directed to the Crisis Response Network (CRN). CRN has a dedicated team that specializes in helping others when life may be overwhelming, if someone is worried about a loved one or if someone just needs to talk. CRN will provide immediate and confidential help. If your crisis cannot be solved over the phone, CRN may dispatch a mobile crisis clinician from ChangePoint to meet you where you are.
