Seeking Safety helps to develop adaptive coping skills to help clients to be able to better maintain their sobriety or to help them to achieve sobriety.  Skills are discussed and adapted to assist clients with both their PTSD and or substance use struggles.

Parenting Group held use adaptive parenting skills to increase our understanding of our child's behavior and how to work on behavior modification techniques that encourages healthy home life for the family. Techniques are discussed to improve parenting to increase effectiveness and to learn how to come from a place of love using discipline and not punishment. All concepts can be applied to individual struggles and concerns.
